Question 1: Are you a factory or a trading company?
SLTO reply: we are a manufacturer we can produce wooden products and acrylic products, what’s more we have embroidery patches production lines too
Question 2: Do you have any advantages in making these products?

Question 3: How about your sample policy?
SLTO reply:
A: if you directly place a mass order with us, we will produce a pre production sample for your confirmation through video
B: We will charge some sample fees according to your design. After get your mass order, the sample fee will be deducted from the large order amount.
Question 4: We like your service and work attitude. Can you act as our procurement agent to help us purchase things from the Chinese market?
SLTO reply: we are willing to do so and have many successful cases, perhaps our quotation is more favorable than the factory you found yourself, and we will ensure the quality of the product through sample testing
Question 5: Do you have a freight forwarder that can provide door-to-door logistics services (DDP)?
SLTO reply: Yes, we will provide you with prices for different logistics methods for you to choose from.
If you have your own freight forwarder in China, we can also send the goods to your freight forwarder’s warehouse
Question 6: What is the MOQ for a customized project?
SLTO reply: The MOQ for different products is different, usually 300-500 units are needed, finally it depends on your design
Question 7: Why do you have to confirm the required quantity with us before quoting?
SLTO reply:
A: We need to calculate the quantity of raw materials used, and the procurement cost varies depending on the quantity of raw materials used
B: Based on your quantity we can confirm the production time for you
C: Based on your quantity we can confirm the DDP shipping cost for you
D: Based on your quantity we can determine whether we can meet the MOQ of a custom packing box
Question 8: How is an order processed?

A: Confirmed the item’s quality through samples
B: Confirmed the unit price through our official quotation file
C: We will prepare a commercial invoice file for you
D: when we get your deposit payment, the production will be started
Question 9 : What is your payment methods?

A: T/T or Alibaba trade insurance
Question 10 : How to deal with the faulty?
SLTO reply:
A: Firstly, our products are made with strict quality control to ensure that each piece you receive is golden piece.
Secondly, for any defective product, we will offer you credit, replacement or refund.
Question 11 : How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
SLTO reply:
A: Samples will by Fedex, DHL, UPS. It usually takes 5-7 days to arrive.
B: Bulk order will by ship and it usually takes 20-30 days to arrive.
Question 12 : What about the production time?
SLTO reply:
A: A sample order requires 3-5 days, mass production time 2-3 weeks, depending on the purchase quantity and product’s styles
